Q2.While opening the EWOQ link which mail id should we logged in ?? if i am using the arrow mail id and open EWOQ link it says no task are available.

Answer- Please try on Monday’s and Friday’s. Always be early and ensure to also check google photos to see if your pictures are being backup if not try taking photos at that instant and access the platform. You will definitely get pictures for that moment to rate.

Q3. How do I measure my hours of working for Arrow Photo Task Project?

Answer- Count how many batches you got and multiplying with 3 should ideally be a correct time on invoice.

Q5. How to solve Error 500 on Arrow photo task?

Answer- Make sure you logout of all other gmail accounts and then click on work this and try to login to the arrow email id first and then this should work. If not, open a ticket.

Q6. Do we need to Upload photos on personal Gmail or in Arrow Task dedicated email?

Solution- No, you can keep the photos only in the personal email.

Q7. Is the invoice for Arrow photo task auto generated by Appen?

Answer- No, you are responsible for counting your work time and submit invoice.
