The goal of the Crescent project is to tap into the collective intelligence of the public at large. The results of tasks will be used in a wide variety of applications – data annotation, multimedia, sentiment analysis, and search engine result evaluation.

There are different types of tasks/jobs available and are basically Human Intelligence Test (HIT) type projects and most of them have a qualification test. They add more tasks every day and they rotate the jobs. Unlike what they wrote in the email, they do not email you once a new task if posted so you have to check constantly.
After you click on start working on HIT UHRS, it will bring you to the Project Crescent page. From there, click on the tab Crescent home. There is a tab on the left called UHRS. You need to register to have access to that section. The instructions are listed below. You can create an account with Microsoft Live ID which will enable you to register to the UHRS site. This is where you will find the tasks posted for various types of small jobs (mostly judging websites etc).
You need to check the UHRS site (under Marketplace) frequently as they add jobs every day and they rotate what kind of micro jobs you can do. There is a set number of tasks and they tend to go fast but they add more at different times of the day. The jobs are under Marketplace and the amount of money you have made so far is under My Report which you can see by week.
I am finding that they are very strict if you do not meet the quality standards. You have to really pay attention and some of the qualification exams are difficult.
The UHRS projects are from Microsoft are basically for the Universal Human Recognition System and are also available at Clickworker.
